Our younger Rondo Elites players focus on developing strong football foundations in a fun but more structured environment.
Sessions combine technical skills with age-appropriate game situations, helping children improve their control, confidence and early decision-making while beginning to understand the game in greater depth.
As players progress, the programme becomes more demanding.
Older Rondo Elites players are challenged to think more quickly, solve problems and apply their skills in competitive game situations. Sessions place greater emphasis on tactical understanding, decision-making and recognising what is happening around them.
